When does the voucher time limit starts counting?
The time period starts counting after the first login.
What is the voucher expiration date?
The expiration date depends on the type of voucher you bought:
provides 30 minutes of continuous usage;
provides 1 hour of continuous usage;
provides 24 hours of continuous usage;
provides 7 days of continuous usage;
What happens when the credit of my voucher expires?
You will be redirected to the "Status" page on the website, with no access to any other content.
Will I receive an invoice with the Voucher?
You can request the invoice where you bought the voucher or with the service that provided the voucher.
Can I ask for a refund for the unused minutes on my Voucher?
The unsused minutes are non-refundable, as they end up along with the account.
I bought a MEO WiFi voucher and i didn't keep my login details, how can I recover them?
If you bought an online voucher in the last 72 hours, you may
recover your login details.
